THE FABRIC

This poplin with flower print is the ideal fabric for a lightweight and breezy outfit. Poplin is a plain-weave cotton fabric with very fine horizontal 'ribs'. You can use poplin for many different garments for both women and kids. For example blouses, dresses and skirts. 

As this fabric is 100% cotton it's strong and airy. It has body to it which means you can make more structured garments with it, but also flowy boxy tops, more fitted tops, and dresses or skirts.

This fabric is certified as STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX and is proven to be skin-friendly in various classes, including products for infants, products with direct skin contact, and decoration material.

OEKO-TEX is a test and certifying system for textile that focuses on restricting the use of harmful substances in textile manufacturing. The demands are very strict and are monitored regularly. A certificate has to be renewed every year.

FABRIC FAQ

All fabrics are sold in 10 cm increments, with a minimum length of 50 cm. The fabric will be cut in 1 length. If this is not possible we will always contact you via e-mail to discuss the options.

Due to the vast color variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the color will be an exact match to what you see online. But we try to reflect and photograph the fabrics as true to reality as possible.
