Shipment & Returns

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 workdays. If you place an order which needs sending urgently, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.

Our packaging

As with our fabrics, we also want to be responsible when it comes to packaging and shipment of our fabrics. We don't use plastic. All orders are packed into a cardboard box, which you can repurpose or recycle. We decided not to custom print the boxes but use a stamp for branding and we use unbleached tissue paper to wrap our fabrics in. To make sure we only ship our products instead of a bunch of air, we have several different size boxes. We will choose the one that fits the order best, make it nice and snug.    


We hope you love your fabric as much as we do. If we've made a mistake in your order and you've received an incorrect item or there is something wrong with the quality of the fabric, please e-mail us at and we will make it right.

Once the order is placed and the fabric is cut, we can't accept exchanges or refunds as we cannot resell these items. Therefore all sales are final.

We do our absolute best to ensure the color of the fabric that you see in our store online matches as close as possible to the color in real life. However, because colors can vary on every monitor and mobile device, we can't guarantee the color will be an exact match to the color you see online.

If you want to be sure you like the fabric, quality, and color before you go ahead with your purchase, you can request swatches. We offer a free swatch service of up to 6 swatches. You can request swatches by sending us an e-mail at Send us your fabric wishlist and address and we'll make sure you receive them within a couple of days.

All our packages are shipped with PostNL.
We offer free shipping on orders over 60€ in NL and over 90€ to Belgium and Germany.

The costs mentioned in the above table are costs for the shipment of the package. We use one tariff for shipments with a maximum weight of 23kg in EU countries. Up to 3 kg outside EU countries and Switzerland. The amounts mentioned are not taking into account any taxes you might have to pay in your country when importing products from NL. This might be the case for countries outside the EU.

If you'd like to have an order shipped to a country that is not on the list above that's most of the times not a problem! Please send an e-mail to with the products and amounts you would like to order. We then calculate the weight and size of the package and look for the most cost-efficient option. We will send you the costs for shipment and you can say yes or no. No strings attached.

Please note: we are not responsible for transit delays that may occur due to the weather, customs or other unforseen circumstances. If you think your package may be lost, don't worry! Get in touch with us and we'll do our best to work with you to help trace the package down and come up with a solution.
